1) I firmly believe Skyler will die and probably before Walt goes on the run, her death fits just as much into Gilligan's nack for retribution as much as killing Walt does.

Never killed off a member of its ensemble? Say what you will about Gus but I think Mike definitely counts. He was on the show the longest out of any character that has died so far and had grown into an integral part of the show.
