Revisit some completed TV series that are well-regarded: Cheers & Seinfeld never disappoint; 30 Rock is brilliant in my opinion; etc.
I am planning to replay every title in the Legend of Zelda series in preparation for the new Zelda on Wii U. I am going to play them in the "chronological" order of the ridiculous 3-pronged timeline they released awhile back.
Make sure all of your DVDs are facing the same way. After you watch one, put it on the shelf facing the other way.
The tonal shift at the end hit this finale out of the park. The sincerity of those final moments were really powerful.
All the early screening reviews i saw on this film indicated it was a turd. this may be the best thing to happen to it. I'll admit, even after the bad reviews - now i kind of want to see it….

I have only been venturing into the other modes of the game to collect more things to feed my Amiibos. After all, their hunger…
I think there were some individual moments & character beats in the series run that showed glimpses of greatness - these were few and far between - but it contributed to the show being super frustrating as is it never lived up to it's potential.
Aubrey Plaza gets a pass for this - right?
G4 lost its way pretty quickly, but I did enjoy Attack of the Show quite a bit. Some things worked, some things didn't, but it was a daily hour so on the whole I remember it fondly.
I agree. I prefer Janet Hubert's Aunt Viv.
This got me thinking about the Aunt Viv re-casting. I looked up some stuff and had no idea it was so contentious:
Each week i feel like I have to wash the self-righteousness off.
Luigi's new Final Smash is great!
