Somewhere along the way, I read or heard something that claimed the Monk was an earlier incarnation of the Master.  Where did I read this?  Anybody know?  Personally, I like the idea of them being separate characters, even though for a race of supposedly xenophobic isolationists there sure are a lot of them traipsing

Y'know, in all seriousness, in this column of "Very Special Episodes" I am kind of surprised by one extremely famous (well, OK, infamous) episode hasn't been covered - the "Happy Days" ep wherein Fonzie jumps over the shark!  Because isn't that exemplary of a relatively unique aspect to television as a medium?
