I was under the impression that Naive Melody came from the members swapping their instruments with one another.  As everyone had little skill with their "new" instrument, they were limited in what they could produce.

Well, there are some overtly disco rhythms on parts of Siren and Manifesto, and Manifesto also has a sort-of new wave vibe going on in parts, but I think punk was musically less sophisticated than what they would have been interested in incorporating. They would have been playing well below their skill level.

Both The Woman in Black and Wakewood  were great horror movies that relied far more on suspense and creating a mood than on the gore.   If you liked the original Wicker Man, you'd enjoy Wakewood especially.
