@avclub-df80f70f60b1c678f8c91696f4a54f5f:disqus Valid criticism.  I guess my view is tinged by the fact I was teenaged girl when I heard the Ricky Martin version and he was much more relate-able than Michael Bolton.  And plus I was really in to the whole "latino pop" scene for the year it came out.

It was still a pretty ok version.  It's ok to genuinely like things.

The only parts of BtT I remember are Jess' sister bought a "see through shirt" and spent too much on it - and Lesley dying.

My librarian at school would really emphasize how much better Dogpile was and pretty much insist we use it.  Not that we argued - because for 6 months, it was better than most.

I actually made my own - it was relatively easy - all you need to know how to do is sew straight lines and cut in a straight line too.  But the thing I'd suggest (which I didn't do) is use fusible web type substance on the back of the tshirts.
