I think it was when Greg said that he only wants her to be happy and made her say (lie) that Josh is good to her (or she would have seriously lost face) — that's when she realized that yes she could lie to Greg, but she couldn't keep lying to herself. And of course Josh is NOT treating her well! It made her say

Agree. It was contrived, but necessary — it was obvious as soon as Paula said "This is so important please do this for me by Friday" and Rebecca said "Sure" that Rebecca was going to let her down. A more realistic route would have been waiting until the end for Daryl to have a letter at the ready, but then we'd have

And, quite likely, what happens if you fuck a stranger in the ass.

Yeah. Eight-year-olds, dude. The commentariat remembers, but do the filmmakers?

I know. Seems like it ought to be April 1st or something.

It would explain why she keeps being so persistent calling Frank, if she isn't, in fact, still in love with him.

I know. They'd known each other how long?
I'm pretty sure the list of things he hasn't told her is at least twice as long as the one of what he has . . .

I believe Mr. Drake "prepped all night."

I wouldn't have immediately pegged her as a clown-lover though.

We haven't met their parents, have we? I would love to. Maybe when (if) one of the babies is born …

I also really, really, really loved Benson.

Similarly, I'm kind-of hoping that a lot of this is prelude to them teaming up with Flynn (and Leaky . . . ) and fighting against Rittenhouse. Ditching the corporate and government people. I think it's rather obvious that Rittenhouse is the bad guy, given that they've threatened Rufus's family. Also Flynn said to

It is good. It is not at all over the top like Banshee (which was one of the main things I loved about that show). It's good in a much more quiet, brooding way.

Are you watching Quarry now? I so wish it was being reviewed here!

That's true!

2. Sometimes I read these reviews/comments, see something that I absolutely missed completely, and wonder, "How the hell did I not notice that?!? There must be something wrong with me."
And then I realize, that's why people make such terrible witnesses, isn't it?

I'm starting to think the same thing.

"The Mormon girl that Duke and I both hate" — love this show for giving Sam the freedom to express emotions that we can't usually about our kids' classmates/friends.

Rectify is an hour right? And You're the Worst is (approximately) 30 minutes. Maybe that can be your simple basis for the choice?

I like it too. It has flaws, but it is, like she said, fun. And when I finally decided to watch it, I binged all three (unplanned!), so I can definitely relate to your wish that we could binge a few seasons of it!
