hmmm, you will only get green apple (acetyladehyde) if the brewer took it off the lees too early.
Try talking to them- most don't even realise there are beer styles other than "lager". Thankfully, I've worked with two Michelin starred chefs on beer/food pairings and there's starting to be a change in the industry.
Please provide examples.
If it doesn't taste like an IPA then it's not a Black IPA. I'm guessing you are drinking some kind of hopped porter.
Smithwicks closed down in 2012- Diageo still produce something called Smithwicks but it's nowhere near a classic Irish red.
NEIPAs are good right now, but the market will be oversaturated with them in about 6 months time.
fuck sours- most brewers don't know how to do them properly and deliver something that tastes like baby vomit- which is quite impressive when you realise that the beer does not have a butyric infection…
more like a banana farted in the bottle…
Make's sense- Most restaurants put a lot of effort into their food (obviously) and wine but no thought into beer (or cider). I think it's because the chefs/sommeliers do not understand beer and therefore it's easier to be snotty about it than maybe actually learning.#
Chanting. Chanting.
1st and 2nd seasons for me- mainly because they were first run on BBC in the UK, which meant no ad breaks. When Keifer Sutherland heard about that, he said "man, that must gallop like a racehorse"
Likewise, I've been a vegetarian for many years; though I do eat meat from time to time.
For what it's worth, I thought Shut Up and Dance was once of the strongest episodes in this series. It definitely felt like a classic Black Mirror, (in a way that San Junipero didn't, even though I love that episode)
People without foreskins apparently…
I Am The Morning DJ On The W.O.L.D
That's "peasant hunting" you pleb.
Boy, you are really going to be pissed off when The Whispers appear…
Thankfully, us in the EU can see the film from tomorrow night…
I got San Junipero's "twist" very early on. And I thought that "Playtest"'s twist was it didn't have a twist- it did exactly what it said on the tin.
