I'm shocked by all the praise for Josie and the Pusscats. I'll admit I've only seen pieces, but it just reminded me of The Spice Girls movie too much. I'm not familiar with the cartoon, so it might be a good send-up of that, but the film just seems so… silly and dumb.

The Dean has quickly become my favorite character on the show. I think it was the Paley Fest interviews where Harmon said the Dean was originally supposed to be just a voice-over over the intercom until they realized what gold they'd struck with Jim Rash.

That interview was hysterical. Watching those three actors interact made me wish for some more Dean/Jeff/Shirley pairings in the coming episodes.

Personally, I'll be throwing a rusty hypodermic needle at whoever on this site watches Justified and Fashion Star instead of Ink Master.

I think for the final challenge, the contestants should incorporate fire into their designs. Actual fire.
