My most hated part of the song is in some of the versions the commentary team is "having fun on tv"

Stoned people, duh.
Manos isn't really that great of an episode. It a notable episode for how absolutely inept the movie is. But it's so boring that the cast doesn't always know what to do with it, and the inspired terribleness of the film is overshadowed by the long segments of nothingness and stilted, unintelligible dialogue.
