I don't listen to too many, but I rather like Jasmine Dragon Radio. (They're better at updating their episodes via the Tumblr of the same name than by iTunes, though.) The audio's pretty good quality for being recorded via Skype, and while they're fannish they're more analytical and theoretical than purely gushing.

I personally can't respect any Avatar podcast that routinely gets characters' names wrong. I listened to the first two episodes and there was a major fail of basic series comprehension in that group, imho.
