This is way below the fold kind of talk, but I'm happy to see Kristen Wiig nominated for The Looney Tunes Show. It turned out to be a decent little show, and Wiig is probably the highlight when she's on. Her performance pretty much made Lola Bunny not a worthless character for the first time.

Prometheus took a run at the League while in the Watchtower, also from Morrison's run. Good villain that nobody but Morrison made work.

I loved it, too; it was probably the only reason I watched that movie more than once growing up. That Robinson Crusoe miniseries a while back (on NBC?) had a decent tree residence, but they skipped the building process entirely, like idiots. Watching the thing be put together is half the fun.

Can't say I disagree with that. Three episodes is a very short time to take a character to the point where he does that, or reveal that he is the kind of character that would when he didn't seem to be.

"The Eleventh Hour" is the first Doctor Who episode I ever watched, and it got me into the series (though I still need to go back and watch something from the classic era). Highly recommended.

I once worked out a vague outline for an Animorphs movie trilogy. It'd be tricky to keep it under an R, though. Those books could get crazy violent.
