I need to get me one of those flak jackets. I kind of thought they were all making it work.

I was hoping for something a little more Neal Diamond.

I like that the character is putting effort into the relationship. But one thing bothered me, I know we are supposed to forget history in these shows but I thought it was kind of creepy for Penny to get romance advice from a guy she basically gave a handy too.

Because "Cheese Cake Factory" is fun to say. Plus cheese cake.

I still love Sheldon, I just wish he would be a lot nicer to Amy.

I started getting kind of scared there too.

Raj doing his death metal face was pretty great.

I was going to say, "I'll never smell old mimeographs the same again" but I can't remember the last time I saw any. Some time in the mid 80s maybe. When did they go away?

I really hope that nanny disappears soon. The one thing he does is over shadow how annoying Manny is.

I couldn't get that thought out of my head too.

My first reaction is to agree but they don't usually show the other couples actually do anything besides hug and give a peck on the cheek. There was that time we got to see Phil "winning" what ever he and Claire were doing but that's pretty rare.

I agree with you that "Solve for X" was a much better episode. I just dread the idea of TV execs trying to "fix" anything. I will burn some incense and say a prayer that you are right about CBS being behind the show.

I think the end scene would have played better if Joan had just turned and walked up the stairs with Sherlock squinting at her instead of adding the "I almost got you" line.

Isn't it one of the seven signs when the network starts monkeying around with the episode order of a show on the ratings bubble? I am really afraid this is going to be the last season of Elementary. I need to stop watching good TV, it always leads to heartbreak.

I think you can credit Joan with solving the "who is Tony" case. Sherlock only confessed when she was about to catch him on video.

"When the one that you love is revealed to have a dark heart, it is … well it's excruciating".

hey! old mimeographs smell great

I for one have been pretty disappointed with this season so far.

Very well said and thanks for giving me a new way to look at Sheldon. Let's just hope you haven't put more thought into this than the show runners.

Also when he was shooting hoops and ended up showing Holmes the video of the nanny and father arguing. It was pretty dumb but in hindsight it just seemed like a teenager in over his head panicking. Overall I thought Graham was played almost perfectly.
