So the goal is equality but have Sherlock Holmes change his personality if he is dealing with a woman. Got it. My bad.

@InterplanetJanet:disqus As creepy as either option seems to me, I'd much rather just knock down all the walls than allow just the government to see through them.
No you obviously don't understand. @avclub-3956255baad7102c6e2eb5b5b18ab854:disqus is the final arbiter of all that is funny and what he says goes. You have no right to your own opinion and the sooner you come to grips with that the better.
I think I understand what you mean and I agree. A woman shouldn't have to act like a man to be taken seriously or have value.
Even in a weak episode Dick Butkus was still an all-star.
I kept hoping they were going to turn out to be aliens. At one point Debbie even tells them "We will always love you. And no ray gun from another planet is going to change that." Them turning out to be just traveling theater performers raises all kinds of problems. Unless theater people are all part of a huge alien…
Jackie Joyner's reaction was pure gold. From the cussing and blurring of her lips to the look of extreme disappointment when she closed the garage door. Toks Olagundoye always commits completely and I think she is a comic genius.
I'm torn. It might grow on me but at least it is short.
There was nothing believable about the Weaver's reaction which just put a cap on a weak show. Marty should have grabbed him by the back of his belt and goose stepped him out of the house or something similar. Any kind of real reaction would have helped save the episode and maybe been a nice setup to episode 3.
After reading that review I had to go back and make sure I watched the right show. I thought this was one of the worst episodes in the entire run.
You could be right. It was just such a dickish thing for Leonard to do that it grated on me. I want to believe he would be above doing that but I guess I should know better.
Hey! Who is watching Clyde while everyone is off to London? I hope Mrs Hudson checked up on him.
I know the last shot of Lestrade was of him giving his victory speech on TV but before that he was being led to the police car to be locked up. So it's possible the writers didn't forget about the bomb threat, just that the show isn't about Lestrade so it didn't bother following up on what happened to him.
I see what you mean, and you are right. But hopefully that is something that gets addressed. soon.
Cool. The only other one I remember was for the Spock DNA napkin.
@dc191 The way the writers make anyone on the show as stupid as they need to be at any given time if they think it will be funny I can see the "to be cool" thing. (not that TBBT writers are special in that regard).
Oh I know. Sorry, that was directed at Joe. If it happens now I totally blame him for putting the idea out there in the universe.
You're right. Also I was expecting a bit later that Gloria had hidden the birth certificate but I guess not.
Yeah. A string of episodes of Cam and Mitch have the vapors over their wedding plans didn't occur to me till you brought it up. Thanks.
I was just happy to see them happy with each other again. Was a flashback to season 1.
