The Pogues are awesome. I've grown up listening to them since my parents were fans. The problem is that because of this it's more or less become my musical fetal position. If I'm listening to them in a loop it usually means I'm really down.
I'm sorry, I can't watch this show now. No, not tomorrow either, I might not be there. Haveagooddaybye! *hangs up*
That's the one, thanks! I find it really amusing, and a good way to put thing into perspective.
That's very annoying but hopeless I think. It reminds me of a drawing where a woman is calling her husband to bed because it's late and the guy answers "I can't. Someone on the Internet is wrong." Better ignore the fuckers, I'm sure it enrages them even more.
You mean like when you have to tear off a bandaid, and you might as well do it really quick, so it's done and we don't speak about it afterwards?
White Jeff. Tagline: The most tasteful show on TV!
As much as I like Arrow, Shriner's voice work for Green Arrow was truly amazing, as the loudmouth with a heart of gold.
While the lesson would be "Having a lead who is pretty much an accumulation of clichés of what the male writers imagine a young woman is like, like, giggling and stuff" was probably a dumb idea. But I might be too harsh.

Perhaps it's better than being able to locate it thanks to its smell.
Watching Parks and Rec, I sort of had a crush on Ben's character. Until Cones of Dunshire. (My hatred for board games knows no bounds)
Being taught the intricate rules of an imaginary board game is the most romantic thing I can imagine.
Imagine all the creepy mash-ups and fan theories that have been made possible! The purple man is in fact ten and so on!
This looks pretty good, if a bit edgy for the sake of it. How are Bendis' Alias books? Should I check them out?
What? How?
The conference was indeed boring. But still, he could have stayed with sarcastic questions at the end of the presentation, like everybody else, instead of putting everyone ill at ease. It was the same as when there's a crazy person on the subway, and you just know he's going to sit down next to you and try explaining…
I once went to a conference in a rather small room, with a limited audience. In the audience was an old, famous professor well known for being an absolute jerk. While the speaker made his presentation, he started pretending to snore very loudly. He then wandered around this small, cramped room, with the speaker about…
I stopped watching. Last week, I think, the review had a picture of Stappleton in military garb holding a machine gun, and a wave of Strike Back nostalgia almost made me watch again, but it's just too bland and boring.
This article opened my eyes with regard to this show (What the hell, the headline started it…)
