I wasn't, but in interviews they had when Elysium was released, it really didn't seem like they were thinking of calling it a day, especially when they talked about having kind of a lot of songs recorded that they didn't feel like would 'fit' on Elysium.

man….Ego Music is really one of their best..the way that it sounds ties into what the song is about, IMO. along with Your Early Stuff. two of the best witty PSB songs!

Elysium is an incredibly beautiful album. it's disappointing as a fan that loves the album to see all the negativity about it, and even some outright bashing of it by other 'fans'.

I'm in the same boat, so ready for my cd to make it here!! it was very nice though for them to let the album stream on Pandora, AND upload all the tracks to their official youtube vevo channel. so I guess it's not TOO bad to have to wait ;)
the US reception to this has been AMAZING to see, and it's only been out two…
