This is people in general. We threw a party recently. Half of the people that RSVP'ed "Yes" didn't show up ( and without any sort of communication to indicate that they wouldn't be coming). TBH atleast they acknowledged the invitation, 50% of the invitees didn't give any response (although a lot still turned up).
