It's a collaborative album with 7L & Esoteric called Czarface. I don't know if it's better than Uncontrolled Substance, but it may very well be (I have an irrational love of "Movas and Shakers" that makes it difficult for me to judge this fairly).

That's Masta Killa.

He had so many ladies back then. He really had to learn to say "no!"

"Keep Watch" has a not-great hook, but I enjoyed it. Nobody's verse is less than decent, and Cappadonna's nails that mix of good rhyming and just bizarre, off-beat rambling that I demand from him.

Not to mention that all signs point to him dropping another excellent album next week. By my personal count, the guy has four straight-up great albums, several really good albums, and maybe one weak album (Big Doe Rehab)

Except, rappers in their 40s have demonstrated lots of energy and ability. Raekwon, Ghostface, and Inspectah Deck have all put out excellent albums in recent memory. And I've heard at least something I've liked from all of them, even if it's just been a guest verse.

The Gamecube era was a fine era for people who like watching two to three minute animations before they play a game that doesn't have a plot.

My top three right now are Donkey Kong, Ike, and Zero Suit Samus. I've always been a DK guy, but the other two I've digging into for the first time!

Oh, dammit, this is the second time that I've replied to an AVClub joke about my username without realizing that it is a joke about my username!

On the one hand, I'm not at all a neutral source of advice on this subject. On the other hand, WIIU RULES BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT!

Switching up builds really does give a whole different tactile sense to the game. At this point I've done "mad wanderer who just lays waste with a two handed scimitar," "mad jester who just lays waste with a scimitar and a shotel," "spell fencer who only uses poison tipped weapons," and "battle cleric who swings the

I don't think there's anything alarming about surrendering to the sexual charisma of Luigi and Dr. Eggman.

Yep, shortly after that statement I realized that the Earthbound stage I thought I saw was just the Omega version of Onett. Farewell, New Pork City. I liked you, even if most people seem to dislike the big sprawling levels.

Smash! Obviously. And I've been pondering an Earthbound replay, since it's been a few years. Oh,and D&D.

So far the stages are a delight! It was easier not to be spoiled about them because they were never mentioned directly in headlines! I see from one of the events that there's some sort of Earthbound-based rooftop stage, but I've yet to unlock it.

The even-yet-more-vague most recent thing I heard about F Zero was Miyamoto saying a few years ago that there hadn't been a new F Zero game because he hadn't come up with a good enough new gameplay idea to justify making one. So, yeah, I'd be less optimistic about a new F Zero than a new entry in any other major

I'm sure I'll feel very satisfied when I unlock that one a few years from now.

The latest Kid Icarus game was developed by Sakurai, so that almost certainly played a role in his inclusion! I'd have rather seen Eggplant Wizard, although obviously he wouldn't work as a Pit clone.

I know I've seen Alph in a battle! (Obviously, that's just a different skin for Olimar a la the Koopalings and Bowser Jr, but still, pretty cool, I thought).

Back when Retro was finishing off DKCR:TF, I kept seeing defensive Nintendo fans in other corners of the internet repeating "Retro is working on TWO projects, one unannounced!"
