Now see to me the character of Amy is a lead weight dragging down most scenes she appears in. I don't see the freshness that you see, I find the character to be unsubtle. I can not only imagine a show without Amy, I wish for it every time I see her on the screen. I find her off-putting and entirely Mary-sueish, and I cannot stand the way her presence had turned the character of Sheldon into a cartoonish buffoon.
