There were a couple references to chess in the trailer…   for some reason I found the "Live Chess" neon sign (ala a strip club neon sign) quite amusing.

I think you'd be missing out if you didn't take a look at "The Curse of Fenric" or "Ghost Light". Not only are they the best two McCoy stories, but they probably stand up against anything from the 5th doctor on.
