It's okay, I'm there with you. The hiatus was too long, I needed satisfaction now.

Welcome to the club! The "Bird-mom is now my number two, cause the screaming green dorito has stolen top bid in my heart by a landslide" club. We meet on Tuesday's behind the Arby's on 4th St.

I love how despite of all the crazy, altered changes to the geography/history of the world, Jersey is still just Jersey. Like it has a mystical shitty quality to it that transcends time and space.

Thanks, that was a great read!

Guys. GUYS. Green Space Dorito. GREEN SPACE DORITO.

Yeah, that seemed like uncharacteristically lazy writing on their part. Just nitpicking though, what else were they going to do?

It will certainly be narratively interesting if Steven can "kind word and a hug" his way into the heart of a loyal homeworld engineer, but then fail doing the same to his old mirror buddy. Interesting and sad.

The cluster reminds me of this part of Judaism that I really like, called Tikun Olam. It says that the world's been broken into pieces and it's everybody's job to find them and put them back together again.

Did anyone else notice the Jim Rash cameo? I'm pretty sure it's now canon that Dean Pelton is part of the MCU. Now I want every Captain America movie to have a bit part played by a Community alum.

Looks like we finally got an actor who's great as both Peter Parker AND Spider-man!! We got more Spider-man then I thought we would. And it was amazing. No elaborate setup yet, no details on where he got his powers, no uncle Ben dying, because Marvel knows that America doesn't need to see the origin story of one of

I thought it was really good! One of Phase 2-3 world-building tasks should be showing the anti-enhanced sentiment that the majority of the normal humans in the Marvel universe have. They've been slowly but clearly developing this on this show and a little on Daredevil and Jessica Jones, but now it's coming to a head

Great, she reminded me of why I was pro-registration during the Civil War event. Although she is kinda employed by the government and even that's not stopping her so… yeah, maybe now I'm pro-anti-enhanced instead. Great. I've become the MCU's equivalent of a Trump supporter.

Came here just to see if anyone else caught the "Hey nong man" or if I was just going crazy. Glad to see the review starts off by talking about it, ha.

I think he's been past that point for a long, long time now.

I can agree to that. He really only does purposefully evil things when it involves trying to get with the waitress. Every other malicious action he's done is generally out of ignorance, and that includes the leprechaun torture. He's essentially a feral human being with a tenuous grasp of reality, and when you add

"Did you fuck my mom, Santa Claus? Did you fuck my mom? Did you fuck her? DID YOU FUCK MY FUCKING MOM? DID YOU FUCK MY MOM, SANTA? AAAAH!"

I don't know why, but I lost it every time Uncle Jack did anything with the hands. I was gasping for breath after he started screaming when he lost one.

I really like it!

Now I really want Paul F. Tompkins to do some voice work on this show. And on everything.

Oh snap, I didn't even notice at first but you're right. Not only a great week but one with narrative cohesion at that. Definitely my pick for best Stevenbomb so far.
