Although the summer that she recommended three Faulkner novels was pretty great, if only to see the middle age ladies buy the box set and return it a week later.

I'm beyond excited about this, and I never watched either of them.

Am I the only one who gets super annoyed when episodes of nearly anything either run long or post two or three 90 minute episodes a week?

I've tried twice with that one, and I couldn't get over the ten+ minutes of introductions via shitty skype connections before getting into the topic. Not that it has to sound pristine, but some cruel, cruel editing would be nice.

I think there was even a mention in last year's list that Undun would both qualify and be on at least one person's list. I guess that points to the arbitrary nature of these types of lists.

It's outside of the AV Club's usual wheelhouse, but Vijay Iyer Trio's Accelerando gets my vote this year.
