Flashbacks Gotta Go
Lost needs to do away with the flashbacks for a number of reasons (decreasing relavancy, they're a crutch for padding episodes, etc), but the #1 reason is this: While we, the audience, feel like we know nothing about what's going on, we still know 10 times more than the characters themselves.
