This premiere was great! The best thing about the show is that it feels different than the rest of the MCU. Its probably the time period, but the show has a strong sense of Peggy Carter and just focuses on her. It's building the cast well and Jarvis is a delightful treat.

But not the one it needs right now.

Bill Cosby: And I would've gotten away with it too, if it weren't for that meddling Hannibal Buress.

Again, the core concepts behind those stories are some of the most powerful fiction of the last hundred years. But that actually construction just doesnt compare. I'm not a fan of nostalgia classes or venerating the past to the point where the present media can never compare. There are also many more comics published

I want to read the entire a Song of Ice and Fire series before the new season of Game of Thrones ends. I'm on page 5 of book 1!

Snark reached by a huge leap in logic.

The combination of art and writing is precisely what makes great comics great. They are supposed to work together to bring out the best story.

You might not be making a value judgement but the article sure does: " Ergo, Daredevil will be as good as The French Connection, Dog Day Afternoon, Taxi Driver, and The Wire."

That type of attitude fails to recognize the complexity of modern superhero comics and stories. We are really just delving into superheroes in TV medium, considering these stories are actually reflecting the work of the comics.

The fact that you brought up those distinct years means you don't understand the evolution of the medium. Most comics today are simply better than they were in 1938 or 1966. When you combine all the factors that make up a comic (plot, script, pencils, coloring, etc), comics have truly evolved into an art form. Have

I think just several hundred comics, but I agree with your point.

Mark Waid's current run (which is ending soon) begs to differ. It has been the best superhero comic for the last three years or so. Bendis had a really great hook for the story. Frank Miller was so good on Daredevil that DC allowed him to reinvent Batman, with the same type of direction that he had on Daredevil.

I agree with everything except the really terrible and dated comics part. Considering they were written for kids, I don't think they were terrible. I love stories where Superman writes on the moon or something like that.

I don't really like the author of this article's tone. It sounds like to me that this person is saying that Daredevil has nothing in common with the Wire and because its a superhero show it probably wont be as good. Which is crap. If DeKnight took inspiration from a series like the Wire, then that's a good thing.

It's just Bullet Club. No "the".

Just saw it. It was a really funny film. It's uneven and takes too long to get started, but once they get to North Korea it kicks up the humor up a notch. Everyone turns out fun performances, but Randall Park knocks it out of the park as he shifts from cool misunderstood bro to ruthless dictator in seconds. This is a

On a whim, I saw Birdman. Best movie of the year by far. The whole thing is a masterpiece. The camera work, the music, the metaness of everything. It's probably my favorite film of all time, which is funny considering I'm a huge fan of superheroes.

Just amazing. It feels like the end of an era of televison.
