I'm not sure those other way-too-late sequels/prequels/etc needed to exist either, even if i did like the initial properties a lot more than i liked Full House. With Bob and David is the only one that feels like an exception to me, because sketch comedy is so free of continuity and that particular revival was so light

This still has a closer relation to reality than the Ted Cruz ad i saw today promising to "…rebuild America's military."

Opinions like "I want to tongue punch your fartbox"

So was his angle basically "I for one welcome our new insect overlords?" Deciding that he could curry favor with Trump just by supporting him because Trump has no actual principles?

Was his family a group of anthropomorphic prune monsters? If not, they were probably right about this misrepresenting him.

This might have been my favorite exchange of the episode. "Well I'm not gonna do Gizmo"
"I might"

Nah, it's more of a situation where ads make a blandly inoffensive show with occasional bright spots look offensively bland with no bright spots.

CBS was doing that until this very season! I think they actually cancelled something they accurately advertised as "the biggest new comedy of the year" just last year, right?

There's no "probably" about it. She came right out and said she rummaged through everybody else's rooms, so her own seems like a given.

Well yeah, Paula is delightful even while she's turning your life into a sick soap opera for her own entertainment.

It's up there with realizing you have skulls on your hats.

I think it got there this week. I think before now, he was being pretty reasonable and at worst doing some inadvisable and confused stuff that wasn't really _bad_ per se. But he has started fighting Rebecca's crazy scheming with his own crazy scheming, complete with Valencia being his enabling Paula.

It's like Wander Over Yonder, with Josh constantly trying to be Rebecca's friend while she keeps failing to conquer the galaxy have sex with him.

I think it's a reference to all the real life people who claim to be some small amount of native american in order to…i'm not sure why exactly, because i don't know which ones were telling the truth and which ones invented it for whatever reason. I just know i met way too many people in middle school who suspiciously

He doesn't need to feel unsafe around her, he's got a lot of black belts!

Or you know, meeting another woman in a parking garage secretly at all hours.

Don't worry, i'm sure the company that provides your internet will soon offer inflexible packages bundling several of them together as part of your bill, thus getting us right back to cable.

Yeah i suspect that was a weird moment of market inefficiency giving us a temporary great deal and will not happen again for several years.

I'm a little more forgiving, and liked a few things each in all but the mythology episodes, and even there i think part of the problem is the revival itself and part is just that i have no more patience for X-Files mythology episodes. It's just not something i have any faith in them coming up with an explanation for

It does seem like either batman or superman should have won the nomination by now.
