listen to his WTF podcast with Maron, very depressing but a great interview.

I don't quite understand the "zero sum game" in critiquing podcasts. I have an open mind and don't find Carolla to be woman hating. Semi racist, sure, with the modifier that 'semi' applies to a large populus.

What is the difference of being a repertoire player and a featured player? Taran Killam and Vanessa Bayer seem to get more air time than Abby Elliot and Nasim Pedrad. I would think Killam & Bayer would get the same treatment as Pharoah.
"What's wrong with you?"
"Adebisi pricked me with an AIDS infected needle"
"Good luck with all that!"
Really liked Adam Carolla this week. His recent podcasts with JB Smooth, Jim Norton, Dennis Prager, James "Babydoll" Dixon & Jon Stewart and ending with Patton Oswalt were all great.
No mention of former 'cheftestant' Ryan Scott from S4? Seemed like a producer was walking by and had this awkward exchange:
"oh, yeah, there you are… umm… Dylan? Ryan! yeah, yeah Ryan Tott - Scott! Sorry! Things are crazy here. So, you're with Healthy Choice now? Hows that working out? Just saving money for your own…
agreed
not a great episode. I stopped it when the daughter started drinking, the acting got a little terrible.
I agree, Mike the Cleaner (who must be a former cop).
When Jesse was yelling at Hank, with his eye all bruised up it made him look like a cyclops. And if I know my methodology correctly, cyclops can foresee when they are going to die. Jesse is right, since he & Hank teamed up, his life has turned to shit & will continue to be shit.
I believe that Walt is compassionate enough that he cannot let Hank be harmed based on Walt's actions. I'd assume that Walt would make a compromise on his payment / term of service for Hank's life and essentially become Frings meth making monkey.
yo
Fly Girls? More like, bye Girls.
I get what Stacy is talking about and I agree. The awards handed out are not from the people, unless it's the peoples choice - it which case its about what celebrities will show up.
My name is Noel Murray
and I pay attention to the quotes in stupid shows and then go off on a rant.
Tom Fontana worked on Oz (that is his arm getting tattooed in the opening), Homicide & The Wire. He has a close relationship with Dick Wolf, that's how Oz, Homicide & Wire people show up on Law & Order; in particular John Munch moving to a different show.
I think Chevy Chase is a good example of someone who deserves a pass. The rest of things guys (KITH, Mr Show, AD) haven't gone on to do the dreck that Chase has pumped out.
Mad World
So I don't watch this show but heard about the Mad World song and looked it up. What's the big deal? It was a rip off from Donnie Darko, which is a movie that came out EIGHT years ago.
I had a teacher who once said that the very rich & very poor get into artistic jobs because they have nothing to lose.
Saracen
I'm so proud of Matt Saracen. Great episode. I really hope that Matt goes to Chicago and Grandma stops acting up. Louanne Stevens, who plays Grandma deserves some recognition, her ambiguity helps, but of all the characters, I find hers the most authentic.
That wasn't smoke entering when Christian appeared, it was shadows from the trees. But when Christian was talking to Lapidus & Sun, and the door opened, that was smoke (or fog…).
