I had to quit watching Lost for similar reasons. I couldn't stand the constant cliffhangers so I watched them all on DVD. Avoiding spoilers wasn't that tough I guess because no one knew what the hell was going on anyway to spoil it.

Too much trolling at first. It's died down and some actual discussion has started.
The comments sections on both reviews are awful this week.
This is pretty much just Billy Madison with a black dude instead of Adam Sandler.
I thought we would get more of the tournament last episode. This Sunday swords should cross at least twice.
This statement is false.
I particularly enjoyed the milk's death-glugs.
Spoilers.
Is this a real thing?
Did anyone else read kimstaff's post as Kevin Nealon doing his Subliminal Message Man routine?
All the jousting didn't happen in one day in the books either.
Agreed. Advanced word was that Peter Dinklage and Maisie Williams were fantastic and obviously they are. But people were pretty silent about Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and he's knocked every scene clear out of the park.
That's about exactly what I was asking. You are correct that it is the same place. It's the same place in the books too but it does seem like they were just saving money on location shooting. I was specifically looking to see if it would be the same building otherwise I doubt I would have noticed it.
I think your own image of Theon is colored by Theon's image of himself.
'Just fine' sums up Cat pretty well. She's just fine. Definitely not favorite character material.
Thank you for being so diligent, Todd. The AV Club is still the best place to discuss this show it would be a bummer if people who hadn't read the books had to avoid it completely.
I was relieved to finally see a dream sequence in this episode. The reveal of the third eye was good and hair-raising. Nicely done.
Catelyn : Favorite :: Opinion : Invalid
Ok. There's not really a characker named Dickon.
Another excellent scene that wasn't in the books.
