Definitely, but he's so two-dimensionally vile now that he seems like he's walked out of another show.

It's bad because, minutes after we learn that Ruby values her relationship with her father as a core part of her identity, they then destroy that relationship. Sure, it's not fake mom bad, but Ruby is a character we know better than we knew Brandi.

When did UnREAL, this daring and innovative show, become a tawdry soap with two-dimensional characters? If I showed a new person this episode, they'd have no idea why this show is worth watching. It showed none of the gutsy realism that made season 1 so fascinating and compelling.

Sorry, but Richard's "It makes sense, he has beautiful eyes" was the line of the night. Sam Richardson continues to crush it this season.
