I love me some Joanie half the time, but I'm not blind to the fact that the other half of the time she's nastier than a cornered (beautiful) snake.  Even Don admitted he was terrified.  I enjoy watching the cattiness, though, and she is luscious.  (There is just not enough cattiness with the switchboard girls gone.)
