I adore Julianna Margulies and Chris Noth so I tried to watch it several times. It didn't take.

I guess that makes sense. I would have thought Ricky Gervais' return to host an awards show that only comes around one day a year was the obvious top pick.
You try so hard to make these "top picks" contrarian. The Good Wife would be my sixth pick, if I was planning to watch it.
Maybe they should have told somebody.
I thought that was what we were watching when I stopped watching…
That's what I read, but I also read the first season was 20 episodes long, and the second season only 10 seasons episodes long? So it seems they dragged the first case out the same length. And there wasn't an uproar about it? Imagine if the American version had just kept going, without a break, twice as many…
I wish I could unknow her Scientology beliefs and failed 8-month Hollywood marriage nonsense, ignorance was bliss. Same with finding out January Jones isn't actually acting much and her crazy scandals .
Any newbies reading this, take note of this ^ and DON'T CLICK ON ANYONE'S PROFILE to peruse all their comments once GoT starts because you'll accidentally spoil every surprise like I did and not even want to watch or read any of it.
It's not too surprising cops in small towns are woefully underprepared to handle a case like this, and if homicide investigations are being fumbled like this regularly across the nation, that's pretty terrifying.
Just watching this now, how obnoxious! No way am I seeing Incredibly Loud, but I would have thought any one of the other nominees would have had to have been way superior.
It's even more amazing when you consider the fact that Jason and Damien hadn't seen each other in prison. Damien mentioned seeing Jason pass by through a window once by chance and trying to catch his eye. That ending was a very powerful moment for the filmmakers to have captured.
I guess I was deprived, I didn't see a CD player until 1989.
@avclub-e7c26e48b7ee853cbf5e49de5d800745:disqus The fact that you discounted Hillary Clinton to say Democrats have "no one to run after Obama" puts me in mind of Amy Poehler's SNL skit where Palin is considered a VP nom equal to Hillary.
When I reported for jury duty I honestly saw two young women with a ragtag band of kids go to the cashier window to pay for some court-related fee and then buy Funyuns and Pepsi for the two-year-old, who was carrying/consuming both while dropping change everywhere as they all got back in the elevator.
I think you're right.
I guess they decided to gloss over that! Like quite a few other things.
I'm sure a green Japanese company would really appreciate Stein's view after Rush Limbaugh's comments about their earthquake:
Pudge requires a sacrifice of peanut butter sandwiches.
@avclub-6f518c31f6baa365f55c38d11cc349d1:disqus That makes sense, because they won't have any climate-change qualms about assisting the use of fossil fuels. I'd imagine
creationist geologists are preferred.
I don't think it undermines it, I think it makes their case because it demonstrates how easy it is to believe someone committed a crime just because someone presents someone as a suspect with some limited evidence when there may be a bigger picture. It really makes their point. It does seem hypocritical though.
