Joel seems to love the fact that Karate Dog exists.

Wait, really? I mean, yes….. I agree….

I don't know if they adjusted her voice, but I think one of the writers on twitter said that she nailed the song in two takes.

The "Me so Christmas" thing was a great callback to Remedial Chaos Theory.

You're right. Community is a GREAT show.

Don't have time to check if this has already been posted, but in the Troy/Abed rap Abed was wearing a Christmas sweater with Black Santa on it.

Ya, this is essentially what I meant, but better stated. Thanks.

So, things I find interesting that I don't think have been brought up yet.

"let's not leap to thing-doing!"

ok, but let's make a deal. If you ever become a neilsen family just leave your tv on during Community? Even if you don't plan on watching?

Is it me you're looking for?

1. Chaos Theory
2. Foosball
3. Redux
4. Gay
5. Horror Fiction
6. Model U.N.
7. Bio 101
8. Competitive Ecology
9. Modern Movement

Possible continuity error: In the pottery episode flashback young Jeff is clearly younger than foosball Jeff, yet the kid in the Pottery flashback had a very similar hairstyle to Modern Day Jeff. This suggests he adopted that hairstyle before the foosball incident.

I suppose that's fine if you weren't a fan. I felt like it worked, and it was one of the bigger laughs on the night for me. (I think part of the humor was that it came in one of the more grounded episodes. The surprise factor was at least half of the humor). But not every joke works for everyone, and honestly it would

Yes, Community is a show that specializes in genre-bending and boundary-pushing, and that is part of why we love it, and youre not wrong to expect that, but I think it's a mistake to ALWAYS expect that. Not everything they do can challenge the status quo. That would get old. Every now and then I think we have to be ok

The efficiency thing is interesting. I went on a two week trip to Germany in high school where I stayed with a German  family, and I can tell you that the kids NEVER did any homework. Everything they needed they did on the bus on the way to school and copied off their friends. That could be because of the differences

So this supports the "Abed is the architect of the group" theory. Could it be possible that he's a Jacob type character and brought all the characters to the study group for a specific reason?

His age has never been clearly defined. Perhaps for this reason.

he actually had a pretty decent percentage of thumbs up on that video. Someone must have found the review helpful.

Agreed I love that his most incredulous "WHY!" came when Annie said she was dusting.
