This is the thing you take issue with here?

Very true.  Didn't even think about that, but very true.

Rerunning something from a few weeks ago, though?

Malingerer: So you're saying this is the part you were born to play?

I didn't say or imply that it was a new development.  Lots of horrible things have been standard operating procedure over the years… it doesn't make them fine.

Yeah, this was a clear F.  Hart tried, and was game for everythiing, but when you open with a skecth about a guy afraid of a stuffed horse stealing his rings… it's indicative the writers punted this week.
Hart's monologue was better than most, but yeah… this was community theatre improv troupe bad.  And they re-ran the

More people should be watching this show.  This is not just a call for more Jim Jefferies popularity; rather, it's a call for what the show's doing with disability.  In other words, Michael Berube should be writing about this show.

Perhaps best known for his work on "Step by Step."

Elephant Man's bones demanded creative control over his segments.

Also, this week's show didn't go the "ripped from Jefferies stand-up/monologues" route and it was the better because of it.  More episodes like this, please.

If we're talking about hidden gems, I hope Rodney becomes a regular.

Good news for Hot Soccermom.

That was their assumption… that a stand-up act well known across the pond, but not well known by anyone who's not a comedy nerd here, would have so few of me as to be "new" to the majority of its audience.  Except… this is a show that needs to appeal to a cult audience, as it will never be tempered enough to appeal to

I'd like to inform the reviewer that over 75% of this episode was ripped word for word from his stand-up—even the opener about women never paying and how being gay would "suit him."  Word for word monologues.  It's bothersome because I really want to root for this show's success, as Jefferies is one of the great comic
