I bought an iPad.  Does that count?

Soooooooooo many 'splosions.

That wasn't God; that was a grocery list.  Same thing.

Seriously.  This is awesome.

I really liked it (I grew up a half hour or so from where it takes place) and wouldn't mind a follow up film.  Also, Tim Heidecker can get the shit beat out of him.

The ending of 'On the Road' as Sal watches Dean walk off across the bridge into the sunset.  As a kid, I always identified with Sal and those last few moments still kill me.

He's not here.  This tattoo isn't happening.

I unabashedly loved 'Tron Legacy'.  It was the first 3D film I saw that actually merited the extra visual effects.  It was simply a film where you sit back and watch the pretty colors go by and enjoy the atmosphere.  The bike races and the fights were absolutely top notch.

Do not speak ill of Janusz Kaminski.

That portion kills me every time.  Just devastating.

You should just record your concept song on 46 separate albums.

I had no idea this was in the works.  I don't love every last bit of what Ken Burns does (WWII was disappointing but the Civil War goes down as one of the best documentaries ever made) but I will watch anything he does.  I love anything that takes place in New York, especially during the down times of the 70's and

For those who haven't, check out the 'B-Sides and Rarities'.  The acoustic/remixed versions are stunning.

Such a great album.  Even after decades of listening to them, I still go back to just about all Deftones records.

Feiticeira

Saw them waaaaay back on the old Warped Tour.  Chino was insane.  He was climbing the scaffolding and screaming into the mic.  (This was the time where he still had a voice)  The pit was insane and the energy level was off the charts.  This news fucking sucks.

My Dahmer jersey gets me free drinks just about anywhere I go and the dollar menu at McDonalds only costs me a quarter.  The trick is to use real human skin.  It makes all the diference.

Watched 'Place Beyond the Pines'.  It wasn't at all what I expected and while I'm not sure if the structure of the film worked, overall I enjoyed it.  A very good look at how far fathers go to keep their children provided for and how it ends up destroying or disappointing them.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing.  He's been in bad shape for a while and you could tell this was coming but this still sucks.  It seems the Deftones don't get much respect around these parts, which is too bad.  The las album kicked all sorts of ass.
