Ordinarily, I like going to the movies.  I'm by myself and it's generally relaxing and I kill a few hours in the dark.  I can't stand packed theaters and all that garbage.

Sandy is really cute and seems nice and very shy.  She's the only one in the band that I haven't actually met.

I'm re-reading 'Pet Sematary' for the first time since high school.  It's still scaring the shit out of me.  Maybe my favorite of King's books.

I was going to go see that 'Dragon Girl' movie.  I drove to the theater and the parking lot was packed so I just turned around and went back home.  Fuck that shit.

PICTURE CAPTIONS

DAMNIT!

If we're doing infomercials, I cast my vote for the one where they sell that giant set of a hundred knives.  Seriously, they even have swords.

The Stegosaurus were particularly good photogrophers.

She drank a 40 oz on Conan so she's ok by me.

World War Civ: We've set our goals.  It's the end of the world and We Can't Wait One Minute More.

To be fair, any museum with modern art will have pieces like that.  The Met had a installment that was called 'Blue Panel'.  Guess what it was?  That's right!  A blue fucking panel.  No special paint or material, just a blue square hung on the wall.  I'm sure someone much more intellegent about such things could

Yeah, seeing Pollack's work up close is wonderful.  And Chuck Close.  Good fucking god do I love Chuck Close.  His work MUST be seen in full size and detail.  Absolutely stunning.

The Tate was fucking AWESOME.  Probably my favorite museum I've ever been to.  Granted, I saw it about a decade ago when some of the more modern spaces hadn't yet come Stateside.  Other than that, I was burned out from museums by the time I was done traveling.  The Louvre is massive and crowded like a shopping center

I'm imagining some sound engineer recording hours of sounds in a library, then going back to a studio and listening to it over and over and over again to make sure all the levels are correct.

I had that same experience when I walked into the Monet section of the Met for the first time.  It was the picture of London's skyline but really only in pink and a very faint blue.  It was absolutely beautiful.

The coolest thing about MoMa (and something you definitely won't get from a DVD) is the interior architecture.  Depending on the wing or what the installation is, the entire building sort of bends and warps, giving you a different perspective of everything around you.  It's almost as if it's perpetually framing itself.

@avclub-955d864a62659945cc9434898e275deb:disqus  I'm fine with it.  A bit strange, considering the band but that's ok.

Nobody doesn't like Sara Lee!

Eh, it'll never be as great as TekWar.

"So, after 'Freeks and Geeks' didn't get picked up, I was pretty bummed.  I thought the best thing for me to do was take a nice hot shower with DOVE BODY SOAP, drink a bottle of SMART WATER and head on out to KOHLS for some of the fall's best fashion bargins.  After that, my career would take care of itself!"
