I mean, all the moments that are more severe than this that you mentioned, as far as the "Why now?" that you mentioned, to me, this was the first time the cast turned to the crew and asked. Michael never asked the crew if his directions was wrong. He never asked them if he should end things with Jan. Pam is/was at her
