I can get with this.  I watched a few seasons of Dawson's Creek around the same time.  I even watched a few episodes of Party of Five, which I remember being decent.  Then I watched this and it kinda killed any further interest I had in this type of show.  To the extent that when Friday Night Lights came out on NBC, I

Little did you know: Cliff Secord was part starfish!

The song doesn't have a tremendous amount of things going on, I guess, musically but there's something to be said for it hitting as big as it has given its simplicity.

"The milk's gone bad!"

I also don't listen to the radio at all, outside of NPR and local sports radio programming, so I'm also confused as to how many ppl know about it exactly.  I just heard it recently after it was covered on The Voice.  Now, I hear that Glee is covering it soon as well.  The song is going to have legs for quite a while

She sounds like a dude!

I feel bad for Moses as well.  It's clear that he is really pushing himself and trying and seems like a good guy but he's got his built-in limitations.  He's good up there on the stage and his flow is clear and understandable.  Still, as a guy who listened to his fair share of hiphop back in the day, I don't find his

So is tonight's installment basically them announcing the voting results and milking that out over an agonizing long stetch of time?  The other half of the contestants are actually not performing until next Monday then?

Anyone else find Ashley and Sera's competency to be really boring?  I've not really found myself enjoying any of their performances despite the obvious fact that, sure, they can really sing and have strong control of voice etc.

Yeah, agreed.  And his praise, on it's face, seemed earnest and nearing gushing.  Something about breaking his heart twice bcuz it was so darn good.  If he was confused and mortified, I'm sure that's not what he would say, right?  I mean, that would be some cold shit and he hasn't seemed like that in his prior

Half of the intra-coach chit chat, after a performance, is annoying and the other half adds a modicum of entertainment value.  I too wish all this was kept to a minimum.

It was covered just last night on The Voice so maybe it will?  I just became aware of it as of then and I'm pretty hooked on it right now.

Now that she has all this free time again, she can go back to hanging out with Glen.

Thanks!  I couldn't find it in the schedule for my local PBS affiliate.

I wonder if it's becuz critics with the mainstream media (e.g., EW) don't like to burn bridges by telling it how it is, as they heavily rely upon famous ppl to adorn their covers to sell copy and provide content via interviews?  Whereas online critics don't worry about that stuff as much and are therefore liberated to

"(It's also worth noting that what we consider to be heavy-handed symbolism in Mad Men, would be considered subtlety in other shows, but that's the price of quality I guess)."  <— Yes!

Yeah, I think Roger has it coming.  Team Pete ftw.

Perhaps Betty's always been a depressive?  Remember the guy from the stable who Betty's friend lusted over?  He said she was "profoundly sad" way back in S1 or 2.  And she had body issues then as well, with feelings of numbness or whatever that caused her to see that shrink?

I had the same reaction.  But it's also realistic to think that his perception of Don is colored by whatever Betty's told him and who knows how much of that is true or whatever.  That would make sense, right?  He sees her for what she is, sure, but he still cares for this woman and this man has wronged her at some

Haha I hope we see him again at some point.  His doucheness was off the charts entertaining.
