And Kanye was totally robbed of that award for best music video…he spent a million dollars making it, how could it not win?

My wife and I decided to try watching The Tempest at the movie theater.  We both love plays, and thought it was a great idea to see some really good plays that we would never get to see in person.

That was pretty amazing, yes!

..holy shit, the resemblance is Uncanny!  Too bad Plummer didn't play Magneto previously, that would have been amazing.

Both his enemies and the audience are wearing beer goggles?

That was supposed to be my point.  I guess I should have said "he seems to be the only nice, reasonable Pope in 300 years".

AVC: Well, you know, the fact that it, shall we say, strays from the Gospel a bit.

Sounds like a Futurama sexbot.

Phenomena was on my list of "VHS covers that terrified me as a kid" under it's other name, Creepers.  The cover had the girl with a handful of bugs and half of her face eaten off.  (I didn't recognize it as Jennifer Connelly until I rented the movie later.)  Which, of course, has nothing to do with the actual movie.
