SPOILER

I'll second the "retire the poker subplot thing."  It gets on my nerves as a television viewer and as a former professional player.  In this Suits episode…

There's a blatant shot of a store sign saying "Saks Fifth Avenue."  It even lingers for a second.  Very New York.

That one annoyed me the most.  Nice to know I'm not the only one.  Someone like Peter would have drawn an identical X through Cape Verde, and maybe even circled another location as a misdirection.  Actually, he probably wouldn't have been using a paper map, but I can let that one go.

This one's like medieval peasants with perfect, shiny teeth, only worse, because it's a pain to create ugly teeth that fit in everyone's mouth, but it takes no effort to put Claire on camera without excessive eyeshadow.

Many people mentioned anachronisms.  But I'm especially put off by anachronistic music choices.  Songs that came out after the movie takes place are fine on the soundtrack, BUT NOT IF THE CHARACTERS THEMSELVES ARE LISTENING TO IT.  (Sorry for shouting, it just gets my blood up).

Show Roose: My bastard can retake Winterfell.
Show Rob: Any Ironborn that lays down their arms can go home, except Theon Greyjoy.
Show Roose: I bet they'll hand him over as soon as they hear the offer.

SPOILERISH (Though using vague language)

That "positive side" of Ruthie might have made all the difference.

I've always read these write-ups, but never commented before.  In case comments, and not just page views, will convince your overlords to let you continue covering the show through the 2nd season, hope this helps.
