The first season of Buffy was actually pretty awesome and extremely critically acclaimed at the time. Yeah it was very "monster of the week" but that's not an inherently bad thing. Hell, the original Star Trek different have long form continuity and arcs. Neither did, you know, the Twilight Zone.

Harold Ramis should interview Aykroyd on the subject of paranormal phenomena over the course of several days and occasionally cut to Bill Murray's reactions to whatever Ackroyd is saying. Release an hour and a half of the footage under the title "Ghostbusters 3".

I think the movie would have worked just as well if John Harrison had been exactly what he seemed to be at the start, a rogue agent disgusted by the militarization of Starfleet.

" Right.  Got, it Pepper.  Die in a fire" Um…

I wonder how most Neo-Nazis would feel about Bin Laden actually. They'd probably consider him a patsy since they're very likely to be Truthers.

Totally agree that Spike sucked in the last couple of Buffy seasons and ruled on the last season of Angel. I never blamed Marsters for this, I blame Marti Noxon who was running the last seasons of Buffy. Spike ruled on Angel because Joss Whedon was actually running the show at that point.

We should remember Hank was wrong to do what he did was Jesse but the context was that he'd just been tricked into believing *his wife was hospitalized and near death*. If Walt's gonna get a thousand context related excuses for his actions, Hank should get some slack too.

Interesting, my Democratic Party operative friends hate it.

Is there any kind of comprehensive resource for who wrote which sketches?

"John Cleese has three ex-wives. If you have fifteen grand cash I bet he'd show up for a birthday party." That makes me really, really sad that I don't.

Walt told Jesse like three episodes ago his marriage got way better when he fessed up about his life of crime to his wife when he was trying to manipulate him into breaking up with his girl. Of course Jesse's too good heartedly stupid to put it together and finally see what an evil fuck Walt is.
