He's not the same guy from SNL, but he's been in other stuff before: the doctor who saw Larry for the rash he caught from a little girl on Curb Your Enthusiasm, a man having thought bubbles about buying a new phone in a commercial, and various comedic shorts on Channel101.com.

@avclub-64eec0c3fb6b12c43f51ec9e9c773fed:disqus I remember when Jordan disappeared. I think they should've kept her. In a deleted scene, they showed her crushing a little on Jim, and I think she would've been a much more plausible mistress for him than the Lindsey Broad character tried to be.

You hit the pot right on the kettle.

I thought the Kia hamsters went away, but there's a new ad where they crash an opera performance to bring the car onstage and break dance. It's even more perplexing and further removed from anything that would appeal to a prospective car owner than the previous ads. The hamsters and the Kia were at least cavorting on

Mmm, hand me another chunk of co-pilot.

I wish I could see what you guys all see, but their marriage continues to perplex me. Can someone unpack it for me in a way that preserves the notion that April and Andy are complex characters?

I was upset that Liz died, but it may have been worth it to set up the fantastic shot of Louie walking through the hospital hallways during the New Year's Eve countdown. Hospitals bring the extremes of human experience into uncomfortable relief: someone very dear to you may have just died while others nearby celebrate

The subtext is about teenage drunk driving. It's better to call your parents to give you a ride home than try to weasel out of punishment and risk even worse trouble.

Russia's not such a bad idea for Louie. He could go scout for a beautiful Russian bride to move to America with him - a kind of last resort for men who don't want to die alone. I don't think fictional Louie's quite of the mindset to go to those lengths, but he's somewhat desperate and maybe Putin could guest star.
