It seems to be a difference in how the question was asked; Vulture essentially called her/her character a MPDG (a term that has always been slightly pejorative), while Tasha acknowledged a resemblance without directly labeling Kazan as such.  This allowed Kazan a more gracious way to differentiate between

That was the perfect antidote to a 15 (fast turning into a 20+) paper comparing the Violin Concerti of Adams, Higdon, and Ades.  My smile was ear to ear for the entire episode, and my favorite joke may have been the ASCAP joke in the beginning.  I will miss this show.  Now, on to writing about Ades's use of imitative

I'll add my voice
I enjoy this show as well. I started in the middle of last season and caught up after the finale. This show has taken some cliches and developed them naturally (the one that stands out to me is Rusty idealizing Jen K post breakup to the point that even she doesn't live up to his expectations),

That's my worry, actually, because as a group the guys have been much stronger than the girls. In the first and second group, there are maybe two girls who deserve consideration, and more guys. In this group, Lil Rounds aside, I thought the worst guy (Alex) wasn't that much worse than the next best girl.
