I don't know, i think the writes probably knew what was up.  There's also a scene where Martok "proves" himself by insisting on a blood test that he passes.  That scene kind of sticks out and seems like intentional misdirection.

Well, considering all the Jem'hadar on the ship died and the ship crash landed into some rocks, I think the idea of it being seriously injured makes enough sense.

I don't know, the cloaked mines were a big plot point, as well as the fake jem'hadar holograms versus the jem'hadars actual cloak.   Also, you're not looking at a large scale land battle, which wouldn't even make any sense in context of the technology level, but rather a specific facility with some natural defensive

Yeah, there are several episodes (the third season finale comes to mine) where you think, wait, who's left to run the station?

SPOILERS     Yeah, it just doesn't speak well of Sisko.  Granted he's been under some mind trippy existential stuff, but I can't see Picard taking a few months off to find himself during the middle of the war to end all wars.

Except he couldn't have known that starfleet would have chosen to sent those particular people on that particular day, unless starfleet is deeply infiltrated, which I guess is a possibility.

@Amal

I think this can be read as a subtle plot point.  Martok Changeling was able to stay in control for over a year and fool the klingons, but Odo pisses him off so much he loses it.

Just read about Chris Chan.  That is a more insane/fucked up story then this pony shit.

I thought the letter came off a bit tongue in cheek.

wow, that was actually interesting and informative.

Elf Holocaust denial is a crime in some countries.

Wait, what?   what article was it on?

So disney cartoons really do mess up sexual identity…weird.

to be fair most of the parts of the bible people are familiar with come from Genesis

Funny… I hardly know any christians.

But Christian morality is just a mix of apocalyptic hebrew and zorastrian traditions.

Not necessarily.        SPOILERS      I would guess those negotiations didn't start untill after Martok is killed, since that threw  wrench in the Founders plans.  I'm sure it was a "Plan B" however.
