Actually, Mal Duncan was The Guardian in the first incarnation of the Teen Titans, in the '70s, so it was completely appropriate that he don the Guardian costume. Biggest geek-out moment of the episode for me.

I've been rereading the Wild Card series, I just have a few books left, and once that's finished I'll either be rereading The Lord of the Rings or A Song of Ice and Fire to get ready for the third season on HBO. Somewhere in between I'll be reading Peter Hamilton's Great North Road.
