I really gotta start re-watching this show between seasons. I completely forgot about Hans and consequently didn't recognize him at all in this episode, so that twist fell completely flat for me. I thought he was just some random dude. In my defense that was a (literally) dark scene.

I'm reading that right now. I also have to read Neuromancer for an English course I'm taking and I'm noticing a lot of parallels. It's like Rajaniemi took that concept and threw it into a massively expanded (but not necessarily fleshed out) universe. I'm enjoying it though. I don't necessarily think the book needs…

Reading Shadows of Self by Brandon Sanderson. Really enjoying it so far. It's awesome to see characters and concepts from Mistborn showing up in unexpected yet totally reasonable ways. (Of course Wax would down his metals with a shot of whiskey!)

That's my worry. I'm always going to be skeptical of any seemingly good adaptation from them from now on based on how they treated Walking Dead. It doesn't look like AMC Studios is responsible for production this time around though, which is great.

Eh, the pacing was a little off, and I feel like we had a lot more standalone episodes this season, but besides a few fumbles on the technical side (CGI muzzle flashes, anyone?) this has been a very good season, IMO. Certainly compared to most other network shows, and especially ones on CBS.

The video stream will be encrypted. Going to the trouble to find the decryption key while avoiding any (probably unique) digital fingerprints embedded in the stream is way more bothersome and risky for very little reward, especially if they make it so press gets access only a few days before the airdate.

I'm assuming you're using windows. Get utorrent. (2.2.1 is best, afterwards they added ads and other crap)

What censorship? Unless I missed the sarcasm…

Doesn't Sons of Anarchy use pussy all the time?

Right? Is it just me, or does the opening theme bring back Fringe for anyone else?

I meant to when it premiered, but lukewarm reactions to the pilot made me shelve it. I guess I'll entertain the idea of watching season 1 this summer, because what the hell else is there to do? Work? Ha!

The way 24 has been going this season I would be jumping for joy if we got another season. I just don't think that's going to happen the way the ratings have been, at least not immediately.

For anyone that doesn't know, there are a few OST's from 24 that have been released over the years. There's one for Seasons 1-3 and another for 4 & 5, as well as one for Redemption, and there are a few remixes floating around as well. They're all awesome.

Unknown. The last shot we saw of her was the doctors trying to stabilize her after Kate's interrogation. The way the show treats these types of plot threads, I doubt we'll get any clearer resolution than that.

You know, I would not have had any problem with that being the series
finale, as long as they would have shown all of Alana, Will, Jack, and
Abigail as definitively dead before they ended with the last scene in
the plane.

I wonder if we'll get "producer's cut" versions of episodes on the
home media release like we did last season. It would be interesting to
see how they originally shot that scene, and presumably others, that
they didn't get to show in full for broadcast.

From a lyrical standpoint, if you look at Samaritan being the Father, then the song is hauntingly perfect.

Yeah Will's "transformation" does seem to be progressing a little fast than what might strictly be believable, but perhaps Hannibal is blinded by what he perceives is Will's potential, and is willing to overlook that particular piece of evidence.

It's nothing special as far as preparation; I don't really have an exact recipe. The sauce is what really makes it, the noodles can be whatever type or shape you desire.
