I don't think I ever read those. I didn't care to know where the evil came from, I preferred there to be some mystery as to why horrible and terrifying things happened to teenage girls in this town. And I know it wasn't because they got their period!

Yesssss. The Fear Street Cheerleaders series was essential reading. I remember "The Prom Queen" and "The Secret Bedroom" too. Although, I often preferred Christopher Pike books because they were a little more "edgy."

I don't think anyone was hanging out. They appear to be digitally edited into this thing.

No Tom Bosley, no dice.

Well, I have seen Zombi, only because I know exactly when the trauma is coming and he takes a good slow time getting there. I just cover my eyes for a few minutes 'til it's over.

Hulu also has Fulci's The Beyond right now … a movie I can't watch because I can't endure eye trauma and I know it's chock full of it.

I'm gonna go ahead an one-up you by saying I have seen it, enjoy it, recommend it, *and* I own an actual copy of it!

We had cake and pop and watched MTV. I was told all of those things gave you diarrhea!

RIP to this amazing person. I was a 6-year-old child in 1988 who was OBSESSED with She-Ra and reruns on USA Network. At that point, my whole life was She-Ra dolls, lunch boxes, clothes, a kickass She-Ra birthday party. Now that I think of it, there have been few things more influential in my life than Filmmation

His book is wonderful—it's very funny, but equal parts touching. I recommend it to everyone, even people who think they hate him.

I'm pretty sure some of my relatives think that too as I am part of the liberal media that is destroying America through journalistic genocide.

These packages come from CNN. Many stations are CNN affiliates. We share with them, they share with us.

As a former morning news producer, I often used these little packages from CNN that come with a scripted lede. When it's your job to produce an hour+ of news overnight, it is a handy time-filler. Re-writing the lede would be ideal, but when there are other things pressing, it's really not the top priority to jazz up

Please tell me there's a goofy scene with guys trying on tuxedos with whatever the modern equivalent is to powder blue polyester with white ruffles, and a handsome wide legged pant.

I believe one of the Valley prank war participants later ended up at Bayside as a jock named Moose. If only we could all trade up like that.

Thank you for telling me how to think, that is what I was looking for.

The other day I learned from Salon.com that Mindy Kaling is a gun-obsessed, ultra-right wing crazy person, and then I learned later from a non-insane website that she is, indeed none of those things.

So does this make Kenan Thompson racist or sexist or both, because I'd like to know how to properly direct my rage (or I can just take directions when I read it later on Salon.com.)

If you're going to describe your hate for such a big easy target, try to say something besides "It's a terrible song." We know that. I need more virulence and panache!

The title makes it sound like a gentler "Breaking Bad."
