I think Flu Season Part 2 is less of a bait and switch if you remember that Flu Season (Part 1) was one of the first moments than Ben really appreciated how wonderful Leslie was. For me, it's another moment when puking leads Ben and Leslie closer, which is sweet and very very gross.
