i saw this last week, and i loved the bright crazy trippy cosmic colors, maaan… but was a bit over the constant pop culture references. and it loses a point for not having Monster Magnet's 'Ego the Living Planet' in it. still, i can't argue against anything that's a throwback to 70s trip sci-fi

why are you posting things that I think before I can think them?

just chiming in to say that The Mountain Goats have a song, Sax Rohmer #1, named after the writer of Fu Manchu

Somewhere, Adam Curtis just got an erection & he doesn't know why

i mean if I was the Hulk I'd try EVERYTHING to deal with anger issues, all kinds of total bullshit, mindefullness, pot, meditation, whatever… 'cause the consequences of not doing that are so dire

i still think his 'Titus Andronicus in Space' is a good idea. They should call it 'Titus Andromeda'

The Apple has some fun production design, and I love those Illuminati BIM Marks, the triangle sticker things.

hey i don't remember posting this but it talks like how i think

if Horizon is 'SJW crap', what do they think about Nier Automata? it's got robot space lesbians, postmodernists, and Communists

it's awesome, it's such a great Metroidvania and combat feels super fun

update: Flinthook is so good i didn't play anything else, and I don't really like survival games so i don't know why i bought Flame in the Flood besides loving all the bands on the soundtrack. Prey demo was pretty average, and Strider needs more love

it was a folk-punk tour that was out a few years ago, with folk-punks doing acoustic sets.. featured artists included Chuck Ragan from Hot Water Music (who did Flame in the Flood's soundtrack), the lead singer from Lucero, Brian Fallon from Gaslight Anthem, Laura Jane Grace from Against Me!… that whole authenticity

nah, I already bought the DLC ages ago, I'm trying to decide whether to beat the last boss and then start the DLC on another playthrough…

why is everyone forgetting that Blade was the first sucessful Marvel movie?

this sounds like the setup of Ex Machina, but Ex Machina was amazing, and had double the number of Star Wars: The Force Awakening actors

hey try playing Overwatch's Uprising mode after playing Nier Automata and NOT feeling bad for the robots. You can't! also this: http://www.pointandclickbai…

Nier Automata ALSO has Robot Dinosaurs, like Horizon. But I bet Horizon doesn't have Robot Existentialist Philsophers and Robot Communist Leaders, so it probably wins. I dunno, i haven't played Horizon, but Nier is game of the decade. Ending E is a pure work of art, and ending C/D are some of the best battles in a

It's taken me a year to get to the last boss in Bloodborne, and now I can't beat it because I need to beat the DLC first. is it doable in NG+?

just bought Flinthook (for the reasons listed in the article) and The Flame in the Flood (because it's on sale and I like the Revival Tour aesthetic). also gonna finish up the 2014 Strider game, which is a really underrated Metroidvania, and try the Prey demo
