Not crazy at all.  The albums are so different in style and tone that it seems like most people have a pretty strong preference for one or the other (if they care at all).

I think a lot of it might have been the shock of disappointment that it was so far removed from their first album.  It felt to me like there was a more transitional album missing between the two.

I caught a decent chunk of it at my friend's house, and it actually wasn't too bad.  It's definitely not a "Sandler Movie".  His performance is pretty low-key, and since the acting is done by the animators, we're spared his mugging.
