Does anyone remember "Amy's Choice"? The Dream Lord? That would be the guy under the blanket maybe? Manifestations of the Doctor's subconscious?

Dear GOD! First off I can't believe the OP didn't mention Bohemian Rhapsody in that review. This is not cool. I see a lot of people hating on this show and I think the road took a turn some of you didn't expect.
