I always thought it would work better as a movie than a book actually.

"On second though, gum would be perfection."

Chandler and Rachel have great chemistry too. There are only a couple of episodes where it's just the two of them interacting, but they're really enjoyable together. Apparently Matthew Perry and Jennifer Aniston wanted to be paired up, but the producers said no.

Yeah, Ross is the same way.

Fuck all you haters! I love Janice.

@washinton:disqus Most of those directors did not start in Hollywood, or even America. They worked outside the system before working in it. Yes, they did make innovations in their Hollywood movies, but they probably made just as many before then.

Except for late 60s-70s was Hollywood ever very creative? Most of the most innovation, interesting films are made outside the Hollywood system.

Everybody calls themselves a "nerd" now. Seriously everybody. I know a middle-ages church lady who hates cursing in movies who goes on about what a "nerd" she is.

Summer Sisters would make a good movie.

I wished she'd been asked about her adult books or Forever.

@Scrawler2:disqus I was the same way. When I got my period I kept it a secret until I ran out of money and needed to ask my mom to buy me some pads.

Remember in that one book, some boys taunt Beezus by saying; "Jesus, Beezus" and Romona tells them to not use the Lord's name in vain?

Darlene Love was on Letterman last night. The clip they showed from this film piqued my interest.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I've seen the woman Mann plays on TV, and I don't think she's being satirical at all. The actual person seems more like a parody of a horrible mom, than a real human being.

@avclub-da496e2db2e50a068b4ae5549d4ae1b0:disqus Yeah, aren't there enough tortured superheroes? Like EVERY ONE but Superman.

I have seen that episode of Veronica Mars multiple times and never realized that was her.

My embarrassing Halloween costume story: My youngest brother and I both loved the 90s Batman cartoon. When I was 14 and he was 16, we decided to enter this Halloween costume contest as the Joker and Harley Quinn. Since I couldn't find a Harley Quinn costume, my mom who sews beautifully made me one. I still have it,

It's earlier than that. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (signed by Bill Clinton) is even scarier.

@avclub-3733fc24dc2351f3d3ba80b890e3a3e4:disqus She told him in the last episode of season 2.

My dad smoked massive amounts of pot in front of me as a kid. I turned out okay sorta.
