My dad died 19 years ago. If he were alive, he'd read through dinner too. He was an obsessive reader. Much more so than I.

Can I get those Doc Martens with the embroidered roses on them? Since you're buying people shoes!

I use "secret." My bank account is "sex," my e-mail is "love," and my credit card company is "god."

I was visiting my mom last summer and she took me out for lunch on the 4th of July. I spent the entire time reading a book on my Kindle, which made my mom angry. In my defense, I had Kindled Gone Girl that morning and could not pull myself away.

If you order a lot from Amazon it is. They used to give students a year of prime for free complete with 3-day shipping. Now it's 6 months free with the slowest shipping.

I gave my mom my password, 'cause she's my mom. She mentioned to a neighbor how she was using my Netflix account. The first thing that person did was ask for the password.

You have to pay to watch FOX News. Does that mean it has value?

Yesterday, in the middle of the day there was a "moment of silence" for Boston on TV. What will that do?

The news needs to quit interrupting General Hospital.

No, it's not. It just encourages more blind nationalism.

Yeah. I don't get it. My mom was telling me that people she knows were saying stuff; "This shows why America is great."

Like he "deserves." Who are you to decide who "deserves" to live and die?

He looks like an American version of Klaus from The Vampire Diaries with crazy eyes.

Clearly you don't watch daytime soaps. They look pretty cheap.

Whenever I was really sad it was one of the sites that I would visit, because it never failed to make me laugh.

She was very well-written in the first season. She even won an Emmy for that season.
